IGM-10
Stationary explosion-proof optical gas analyzer IGM-10 is designed for automatic continuous measurement of the concentration in the surrounding atmosphere: methane, propane, hexane and carbon dioxide.

The converter is made in the form of a cylindrical body with a cover, on the side surface of which there is a connector or a cable gland (depending on the version) for connecting external circuits and an optical sensor module. Optical infrared sensor MIP VG-02-X-X includes an infrared light-emitting diode, receivers of measuring and reference channels, signal amplifiers, a power stabilizer and a microcontroller. The sensor provides the measured gas concentration value in digital form via the UART serial interface. The sensor has an intrinsically safe design with the Ex ia IIC U marking (0Ex ia IIBT6 U for IGM-10-X-20) and is connected to the transmitter via intrinsically safe circuits.
