Possibility of replacing a plug-in unit with an electrochemical sensitive element of Digital XCell sensors (H ₂ S, CO, O ₂ ) with a plug-in unit with a catalytic sensing element in an explosive zone (on the same device, without changing the display module), without turning off the power of the device;

Pulse Check technology

• During initial calibration, the sensor memorizes the output signal characteristic of the calibration curve
• Pulse Check sends a short electrical signal through the electrical circuits of the sensor
• The sensor response to the test signal is compared with the calibration response
• This process takes less than 1 second and is carried out 4 times a day.

The SafeSwap function allows a used sensor to be replaced with a new calibrated sensor directly in the hazardous area without disconnecting the power supply.
