Industrial gas analyzers Gidros are designed to measure the volume fraction of hydrogen in binary and quasi-binary gas mixtures, including corrosive ones.
The analyzers are industrial stationary automatic one- and two-channel devices of continuous operation.
The principle of operation of the analyzers is thermoconductometric, based on a change in the thermal conductivity of the analyzed gas mixture, the value of which is directly proportional to the sum of the thermal conductivity of the gas components included in the mixture in accordance with their volume fraction.
The analyzers are produced in four models, differing in overall dimensions, weight, degree of protection of the enclosure, explosion protection version and maximum temperature of the analyzed gas mixture.
Basic metrological characteristics
The component being defined | Range of indications of the volume fraction of the determined component | Measurement range of the volume fraction of the determined component | Limits of the permissible basic error,% | Time of establishment of indications 2 Т0,9, s no more |
---|---|---|---|---|
Hydrogen (H 2 ) 1 | from 0 to 100% vol. | From 0 to 100% vol. incl. | ± 1 | 20 |
1) Hydrogen is the measured component, nitrogen is the diluent component.
2) The nominal settling time is based on a nominal flow rate of 1.0 dm3 / min.
Limits of permissible variation of additional error:
Description of characteristics | Value,% |
---|---|
Limits of permissible variation of indications, in fractions of the limits of the permissible basic error | 0.5 |
Limits of permissible additional error from changes in ambient temperature in the operating temperature range from 15 to 25 ° C for every 10 ° C, in fractions of the limit of the permissible basic error | ± 0.5 |
