Vapor pressure analyzer RVP-4

Explosion-proof INLINE analyzer RVP-4 determines the vapor pressure of oil products, hydrocarbons, chemical products and individual components automatically in real time.

After complete rinsing, the measuring cell is filled with product. The product is cooled for a preprogrammed time required for settling. During cooling, the measuring cell tilts in 3 ° C steps (another step can be programmed). As soon as the IR sensor detects movement on the surface of the product (sensitivity is programmable), the measuring cell moves back to the vertical position. If, after the cell is in a horizontal position, no movement is detected, the measuring cell remains in this position for 5 seconds. If no movement is detected again after this, the temperature determined for the previous slope will be stored as pour point. The measuring cell then heats up, is rinsed and the next cycle starts. If, after the cell is in a horizontal position, no movement is detected, the measuring cell remains in this position for 5 seconds.
