One-door EcoTerm

Single-door EcoTerm stainless steel cabinet, instrumental, insulated to accommodate analytical equipment. 

Manufactured in accordance with TU 27.12.31-001.15701168-2017 for operation in explosive environments.

Block containers are used to protect equipment from low temperatures, condensate, atmospheric precipitation, dust, chemicals, physical damage, unauthorized access, theft.
Scope of application - explosive zones of class 1 and 2 of premises and outdoor installations.

Frame construction, the frame is made of a bent U-shaped profile, sheathed with sheets 1.5 mm thick.
The panels of the cabinet and the door are insulated with a non-combustible heat-insulating material. The inner panels of the cabinet are also made of 1.5 mm thick sheet. Wall and frame material - corrosion-resistant steel. The walls are reinforced (embedded) in places where heavy equipment is installed. The total wall thickness of the cabinet is 43 mm. The doors have a cold-resistant rubber seal around the entire perimeter.

The cabinet has a certificate of compliance with TR CU 012/2011 " On safety of equipment for work in explosive atmospheres" .

• Protection degree: IP54, IP65 (without passive ventilation).
• Passive ventilation with adjustable grilles.
• Lifting eyebolts on the roof of the cabinet.
• Crossbar locks on doors.
• Standard dimensions:
• Width (mm): 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200.
• Height (mm): 1800, 2100, 2250.
• Depth (mm): 450, 600, 800, 1000, 1200.

Cabinet dimensions are formed from any combination of these dimensions. For example, 1000x2250x800 (WxHxD, mm).
It is possible to manufacture custom-made cabinets.

• Viewing window in the door.
• Grounding bar inside and outside the cabinet.
• Rain cover (can be located on either side of the cabinet).
• It is possible to manufacture plates and openings for connecting communications, with preliminary agreement on the size and location of openings.
