The gas analyzer is designed for automatic, continuous measurement of the concentration of oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ammonia (NH3), nitrogen oxide (NO), hydrogen cyanide ( HCN) and hydrogen (H2).
FIELD approx eneniya
Explosive zones of premises and near external technological installations, in which the formation of explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air is possible, according to GOST R IEC 60079-14-2008 and explosion protection marking 1Exd [ib] IIC T4 Gb X.
Consists of a transmitter and a gas converter (SG).
The transmitter provides the formation of appropriate voltages to power the electrical circuit of the gas analyzer, SG circuits, generates power for the active current output of the gas analyzer, and also converts digital data on the concentration of the measured gas received from the SG into the corresponding signals of the RS-485 MODBUS® and HART output interfaces, provides a display of the concentration of the analyzed gas on the built-in four-character seven-segment display and light indication (using indicator LEDs), as well as switching the built-in relays.
The gas converter serves to accommodate the electrochemical gas sensor and provides the formation of a digital signal containing information about the measured concentration of the monitored gas and its transfer to the transmitter, as well as generates the current output signal. PGs have a built-in flash memory with calibration coefficients, which are automatically read when connected to a transmitter by a microprocessor, which eliminates the need for individual calibration (calibration) of transmitters with a transmitter.
Digital HART signals are transmitted over the analog current loop (4-20 mA) lines. In addition, the gas analyzer can be equipped with a connector for intrinsically safe connection of a HART communicator in an explosive area without disconnecting the power supply. The exchange protocols over digital interfaces are described in Appendix E.
